“Everything you need is already inside.” ~ William J. Bowerman

I believe we all have stories and messages locked within us that often stay there forever, simply because we don’t have the right key to unlock them. To transform the tangled threads of thoughts and emotions within our hearts into the written or spoken word is nothing short of a herculean feat. And so we don’t. We let them nest inside of us, trapped like caged birds. We might think the thoughts or feel the emotions from time to time, but we don’t know how to set them free.

I can help. I have the key. I can translate those trapped stories and messages into tangible, written words. I would be honored to help you write that letter to your childhood friend, open your heart to someone you love, craft that best man speech you are terrified to give, or pen that delicate confession you need to make.

So yes, you have everything you need inside you. Let’s use that to bring the inside, out.

Type. Delete. Type. Delete.

Come on Jo. Come on. Think of something witty to write, something deep and meaningful, something that will inspire someone and change lives. Then I stare at the page. Why is this happening? I’m here. Shh. Shh. You are so brave.

Together with my daughter, we gave her a new middle name – not one known by the courts, but one that she can own. She is one determined little tiger and when she isn’t sure if she can do something, she says to herself, “I’ve got this”. It’s endearingand actually quite inspiring. So, we call … ...

The Greatest battle.

“When did it happen?”. It is a question that tumbles through my brain like a load of laundry in the dryer, every now and again. Often, I ask this question silently to myself before of after I’ve had to speak to people in a formal setting – an interview, a presentation to colleagues or at … ...

I’m an Introvert. Hear me ROAR!

I am an introvert (finally, proudly so!). In addition, I am an intuitive feeler...basically I'm pretty good at reading people and I'm (perhaps overly) sensitive. If you're identifying with the above descriptors, please read on. I hope I can provide some insights and inspiration to you through your own journey of self-discovery. ...
